The Kornel Makuszyński Museum is the second biographical and literary museum in Zakopane after Jan Kasprowicz Museum and Władysław Jarocki Gallery. It is located at Opolanka Villa, where Mr and Mrs Makuszyński lived during their nearly year-round summer and winter stays in Zakopane and where they settled after World War II.
